My journey

Hi, I'm Sophie — mother, wife, friend, animal lover and Vedic Meditation Teacher. For most of my life, I lived with anxiety, an overactive mind, and a constant sense of unease. I rarely felt joy or belonging, and I was always chasing the next thing, convinced something new would finally make me feel okay. I tried everything — yoga, breathwork, counselling, different meditation styles, medication. Each helped a little, but nothing gave me a complete shift.

Then, around seven years ago, I found Vedic Meditation. It became my anchor — simple, natural, and immediately supportive. Over time it changed how I felt, thought, and moved through the world, and how I understood life's purpose. It didn't turn me into someone else; it helped me become more myself. That pull to understand it more deeply took me to India, where the teachers and traditions shaped me in ways I still find hard to put into words, and led me to study the Veda and its meditation technique in real depth.

The call to teach came naturally after that — not because I see myself as an expert, but because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and I've seen how powerful these practices are when shared. — because I wanted this practice to feel accessible, not remote. I'd love to help you find the same sense of ease.
